Our Pricing Model

BoardCloud has three pricing plans:

• Business Plan
• Non-Profit Plan
• Enterprise Plan

These are designed to make it as easy as possible for your organization to have access to a fully featured board portal at the lowest possible price.

Business Plan 

Our most popular plan. User seats are billed at either a monthly or a yearly rate. Yearly payment options offer a 30% cost reduction when paid in advance for the year. 

Non-Profit Plan 

We believe every organisation — regardless of size or budget — deserves to be well governed. The Non-Profit Plan includes all the features the same as the Business Plan but price has been lowered to make it accessible to non-profit organizations.

As with the Business Plan, user seats are billed at either a monthly or a yearly rate. With the same 30% cost reduction when paid in advance for the year.

Enterprise Plain

The Enterprise option is aimed at Business or Non Profits entities requiring:

• more than 40 user licenses
• up to five completely separate companies or entities
• an on-premise or own-cloud hosted instance
