Minutes Master: Hands-Free Automated Minutes
For the past year we have been working to develop a system that could produce an almost complete minute document, needing only a little secretarial input before being ready for review or publication.

If you have already used a board portal to produce minutes, you will be aware that the meeting transcript is the key to producing great minutes. However, there are a few problems with meeting transcripts.
BoardCloud increases your efficiency by automating certain aspects of the production of meeting minutes. This significantly reduces the time and effort traditionally required to produce minutes for distribution to meeting attendees.
You can continue to use your traditional minutes format and automate it by adding certain active content items to it (listed below). This will get your minutes out faster and increase reporting accuracy.

Distribution of Minutes
Minutes are distributed via email to the committees and members who were part of the meeting.
Completed minutes can be dispatched to members as a separate minute document or attached as an addendum to the original board pack.
