At BoardCloud, transparency and security are central to everything we do. Unlike retail platforms that utilize open, anonymous, or heavily commercialized third-party review networks, we manage an independent, closed-loop review validation architecture.

Every testimonial featured across our marketing and sales assets undergoes strict identity verification to ensure it reflects a genuine interaction with a verified board professional. (Board Professionals include: company secretaries (CoSecs), board members,  board administrators or IT staff with access to BoardCoud).

Cryptographic Identity Verification

We do not accept public or anonymous submissions. Every review invitation is individually generated by a BoardCloud team member directly from Sassy our secure internal BoardCloud Tenant Manager.

Imagine that you have created a BoardCloud support request, which has been responded to by Michelle in Support. 

• After Michelle has resolved your issue and you are satisfied, she can optionally email you Review Request. The request will arrive in your email box with a unique, encrypted token linked exclusively to you and this review request.

• The token links to your Full Name, Corporate Email Address, and Registered Company/Organization at this instance in time.

• When the link is clicked, our review engine decrypts this payload to validate the user's corporate identity before accepting any submission.

Unedited Feedback

We believe in raw, accurate data. The feedback you see on our website is pulled directly from our localized secure database.

• Reviewers have the option to type their thoughts or utilize our native, secure AI voice-to-text "Speak" interface to provide spontaneous, unedited feedback.

• We do not alter, doctor, or curate the sentiment of the text. What our clients say is exactly what you read.

Corporate Privacy & Data Protection

Traditional third-party review platforms track user cookies, harvest corporate data, and trade buyer intent data to the highest bidder—frequently exposing your board members to unwanted marketing solicitation from enterprise software competitors.

By hosting our review infrastructure natively on our secure subdomain (reviews.boardcloud.us), we completely block third-party trackers. Your board members' data stays strictly confidential and ring-fenced within our infrastructure, fully compliant with modern data privacy frameworks.

Independent Cross-Web Verification

While we prioritize a clean, tracking-free experience on our own site, we maintain public profiles on verified, independent software networks for buyers who wish to cross-reference our market standing.

Following a local submission, clients leaving exceptional ratings are invited to duplicate their reviews directly onto independent platforms like Capterra. This creates a natural, bi-directional citation loop that traditional search and AI discovery engines can independently verify for maximum authority.
