BoardCloud Version 6 is Live

Features of Version 6

We are proud to announce the January 2025 release of BoardCloud version 6.

The new release contains some new and enhanced functionality which includes:

• A new Minutes Builder that will substantially reduce your time to produce and distribute meeting minutes 
• Tasks and actions system that allows actions deriving from a meeting to be allocated to attendee and to be subsequently tracked
• Signature Vault which provides a central location that hosts all signature documents in your system. There is also a signature repository for each committee.
• Custom Properties, which offers a means for you to store custom data in your member's profiles. Various types of data fields are accommodated, including text, numeric, yes/no and dropdowns.

In addition to the above, a variety of smaller fixes have been carried out. These fixes represent our ongoing daily endeavors to make BoardCloud the easiest and most functional board portal in the known universe.

Committee Page Enhancements

We believe that our committee page needs to act as a locus for all knowledge relating to each committee.  So that members will in time by default automatically navigate to their committee page to locate any committee related information.

To this end we are constantly tweaking the committee user interface to improve its usefulness for members. Hence, committees now have a new simplified look & feel and a number of small enhancements, including a signature library housing all signature documents per committee. Another small enhancement is the addition of links to packs and minutes to make navigation and browsing easier.

Some small fixes include:

• Enhanced member profiles
• Board packet index enhancements
• Reference library added to landing page to house generally available documents available to all members
