Secretary Copy of Meeting Events

BoardCloud uses email to notify board and committee members about upcoming meetings. Notifications sent via emails can be either:

  • Notice emails, with calendar invites for upcoming meetings
  • Notify emails, with links to a published board packet as well as a meeting calendar invite

Secretary Copy Functionality

Many CEOs, Chairs and board members employ secretaries to manage their diaries. And as a result these secretaries need to immediately aware of any new events that are added to their bosses calendars.

BoardCloud's Secretary Copy offers a quick and easy way to allow for secretaries to be automatically copied whenever Notice or Notify emails emails are dispatched.

Once setup, this function will ensure that the secretaries of any board or committee member can kept up to date of any meeting that they are invited to.
