Auto Minutes

While standard AI tools just summarize a transcript, Auto Minutes synthesizes the entire context of your meeting. By intelligently integrating multiple data points, it creates a comprehensive record that includes:

• The Full Context: Merging the agenda with the live transcript.
• The Right People: Automatically identifies and ascertains official member designations.
• The Outcomes: Pinpointing specific votes, formal decisions, and assigned tasks.

How It Works 

1. Invite our governance-aware bot (Gladis) into your meeting.
2. Gladis will record and transcribe the meeting.
3. Moments after the meeting ends, a context-rich draft will be available.
4. You can review the minutes, make any final tweaks, and approve them.

Streamlined end-to-end Resolutions 

Juggling emails and chasing signatures is officially a thing of the past. The new Resolutions Page acts as your central hub for the entire lifecycle of a board resolution.

We’ve made the process of creating a new resolution incredibly simple:

1. Upload your document.
2. Select your signatories.
3. Set your parameters (signing order, expiration dates, and reference numbers).

Members can sign directly via email without needing to log in, while administrators get real-time visibility into who has viewed or signed the document. Once finished, a full audit report and the signed document are automatically saved to your secure resolutions page.

Centralized Forms & Enhanced Reporting

We’ve overhauled our Forms module to make data collection more flexible and professional and make viewing results easier.  Forms no longer need to be linked to a specific meeting, allowing for more general administrative use. You can now export your form responses as spreadsheets, CSV files, or PDFs for easy reporting and analysis.
