Member Directory

BoardCloud assembles a directory of all members and their respective committees. Directory information is sourced from each member's profile.

Below is a view of a member directory:

Members who have not uploaded a profile picture are shown as a default avatar.

Member Directory Functionality

Search

The action bar header of the directory allows for searching of members as well as listing of committees.

Search functions are:

• Member name search
• Alphabetic filtering by member surname
• Committees via a dropdown

Individual Member Information

Individual member information is displayed with an image of the member (if it has been uploaded), plus an email address. (As can be seen in the above image)

Clicking on a members image (or avatar), will open that member's profile.

Profile Visibility

Members who do not wish to be listed can optionally turn off their listing from their profile settings.

Guest members are not listed in the directory.
